eric's decided on surgical school at temple. he was up here a couple months ago interviewing, but he wasn't sure if he'd actually choose here or mcg in georgia, or some other school. but it's official now, so he'll be moving up a month from now (literally - he thinks august 19th) and living in the city, in an apartment.

so this means i'll actually have a friend living close (well, laura's in dc but that's still 3 hours. philly - 15 minutes - is closer). not that eric and daniel ever got along, but eric was my best friend at lassiter. and as the two of them have finally gotten out of their idiot high school stage, they seemed to get along mildly better when eric was up here last.

and it's a four year program. that means that he might actually (hopefully) be here after we leave. cuz i'm not up for four more years in philly...
